Refunds policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pull and Pin product, please get in touch by email. To let us know you are returning something please get in touch by email at info@pullandpin.co.uk

Returns are accepted for full priced items, in an unused condition and within 14 days of receipt. Please return the item in its original packaging.

We do not issue refunds for sale items, rolled art prints or made to order items, however a credit note or exchange can be arranged.

I am sorry I cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days of receipt of the product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
